Established in 1987, Hillary Street Dental Surgery has been a trusted pillar of dental care in our community for over three decades. Founded with a mission to provide exceptional dental services in a compassionate and patient-friendly environment, our practice has continually evolved to meet the needs of our patients.
In August 2022, our practice entered an exciting new chapter under new leadership. As the new owner, I have made significant improvements to enhance the patient’s experience and expand our range of services. The practice has been refurbished to create a modern, welcoming space that reflects our commitment to providing high-quality care.

Dr Amario Chander
Dentist
We are thrilled to introduce Dr Amario Chander, who joined our team at Hillary Street Dental Surgery in 2023. Dr Chander has quickly become a valued member of our practice, known for his exceptional skills, patient-centered approach, and dedication to providing the highest standard of dental care.
Outside of the dental office, Dr Chander enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending quality time with his family. Dr. Gee Chatha

Dr Gee is an expert smile makeover dentist. He has over 20 years in giving patients their dream smiles. Treatments he uses to get his results includes- braces, veneers and implants. Dr Meher Grewal
General Dentist
Dr Meher Grewal joined our practice in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and a passion for patient care. She is always undertaking further training and qualifications to keep herself up to date with current developments.
Dr Meher Grewal is a dedicated and compassionate dentist committed to providing exceptional dental care. With training and experience in general and cosmetic dentistry, Dr Grewal specialises in creating healthy, beautiful smiles for patients of all ages. Her patient-centred approach ensures that everyone receives personalised treatment tailored to their unique needs. Her particular area of interest is fixed braces and aligners.
In March 2019, Dr Grewal was part of a dedicated team of nine dental students, dentists, and doctors who travelled to India to deliver essential health services to underserved communities. Working in conjunction with Satya Samaj UK, a charity organisation, and Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh, the team diagnosed, treated, and referred to over 500 individuals in just five days. This experience underscores Dr Grewal’s commitment to providing compassionate care and her dedication to making a positive impact on global health. Her involvement in such meaningful projects exemplifies her comprehensive approach to dentistry and her drive to serve those in need.
Dr Samneet Chahal
Dentist
Dr Samneet Chahal joined our dental team in 2025 is a dedicated and compassionate dentist who is committed to delivering a high standard of care to all her patients. She takes pride in creating a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment.
Samneet enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, from helping patients out of pain to carrying out more complex procedures. She has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry, offering treatments such as composite bonding and clear aligners, and has recently expanded her skillset to include fixed orthodontic braces.
With a patient-first approach at the heart of her practice, Samneet is passionate about helping individuals achieve healthy, confident smiles while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Outside of dentistry, Samneet enjoys staying active and creative. In her spare time, she loves bhangra and Bollywood dancing, as well as playing badminton and going to the gym.
Dr Arun Singh
Dentist
Arun graduated from the University of Leeds in 2025 and joined the practice as an Associate Dentist in 2026, after completing his dental foundation training in Solihull.
He has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry, particularly composite bonding, and is currently developing his skills in orthodontics, including fixed braces and clear aligners.
Outside dentistry, Arun enjoys supporting Liverpool FC, playing padel, going to the gym and exploring the outdoors on hikes.
Nicola Cattell

Hi, my name is Nicky and I have been a part of the Hillary Street Dental team since 1994. My dental career started when I was 16, having recently left school. As a patient at Hillary Street Dental Surgery, I was invited to join the dental team and I completed my Dental Nurse training, followed by a post graduate certificate in Oral Health Education.
Throughout my time at Hillary Street, I have had the pleasure of working with an experienced team of Clinicians and Dental Nurses that have always been committed to the care that we provide. We are always happy to assist patients with information that they require prior to, during, and following their dental care. On behalf of us all, thank you for entrusting us with your dental care.
